A fruitless first half encouraged Stuart Pearce to play Albrighton and Wilshere in the second period. Jack set up Welbeck for the first goal, Welbeck did the same with Albrighton for a second and Henderson flicked a ball to Welbeck to round things off with a third. All this plus some maths off the pitch meant they go through to the play-offs for a place in the U21 Euros. A satisfactory performance - eventually.
